What is SecureNow?
On May 19, 2026, our Online services platform, SunPac Online will receive a security enhancement. This upgrade is called SecureNow, a centralized, real-time Cybersecurity platform that integrates multifactor and device-based authentication with behavioral analytics for added member account security.
All members who are registered within SunPac Online, our Online services platform, will have their accounts enhanced with this layer of security.
When you login for the FIRST TIME you will use your current USER ID and PASSWORD. All phone numbers attached to the Member's account will be able to receive a confirmation code through Text or automated Voice phone call.
SUNPAC ONLINE - Existing users- Re-Enroll Multi-Factor Authentication:
Login to SUNPAC ONLINE.
1. Enter your Logon ID/User ID and your Security Code/Password.
2. Setup Two Factor Authentication by choosing a phone number or a text message to receive your 6 digit code.
3. Enter the Verification code that was sent to you via text or phone call.
4. You then should be able to see your account balances and activity online.
5. Every new device, such as a computer, tablet or phone, will go through the confirmation code process at sign in. After each device registration, Identity Verification will prompt when unusual sign-in behavior has taken place. Risk assessment can be based on account access frequency, history or place.

Sun Pacific Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce some exciting changes to our Visa Credit Card program. Sun Pacific now has a Cash Rewards program where our cardholders can earn 1% back on approved net purchases. Allpoint - Use It Fee Free!
As of January 1, 2016, we have suspended our participation in the Co-Op Shared Branching Network.
We have joined Allpoint Network, which will give our members access to America's largest surcharge-free ATM network for cash withdrawals. Allpoint Network is an affiliate of Cardtronics Inc., the world's largest retail ATM owner, and provides more than 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs worldwide. Members will have access to cash machines in places they're already visiting as part of their daily routine. The machines are located in retail outlets, including Target, Costco, Safeway, CVS, Walgreens, and others.
