When Sun Pacific implements its Disaster Recovery Plan, CHECK THIS PAGE FOR INFORMATION.
In the event that Sun Pacific's office is destroyed by fire or earthquake or other untoward force, we will effectuate our Disaster Recovery Plan.
The core of the plan is to establish our operations in a new location, ultimately co-locating with Social Security components which will similarly be displaced. If SSA cannot immediately provide space, we will operate from any commercially available space.
Continuity of service is assured by a back-up database which will be uploaded to a server in Salt Lake City. Our database is backed up at the end of each day.
Our temporary location will most likely not accommodate walk-in traffic. Members will, however, be able to get financial services by visiting Shared Branching locations.
